Taiji Notsu

Taiji is a marine biologist, who studied in Japan and worked as a teacher of Biology in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto as well as in Mongolia. He later moved to Armenia to teach Japanese in Yerevan State University and Slavonic University.

He has travelled in more than seventy countries learning the society, culture and the cooking traditions of those countries. Taiji loves cooking sushi and Chinese dumplings and always treats his friends. He has an aim of studying professional sushi making in Japan, return to Armenia or Georgia and open his own sushi restaurant.
